I’m having a bit of trouble figuring out what to do… I’m in quite a lot of pain, right now.

i dooo! my dentist gave my some hydrocodone and a muscle relaxer to take when i sleep that is supposed to help with tmj in da long run!

oh my god! this is so random haha because i have it too. my jaw clicks whenever i move it and usually it doesnt hurt but lately it does. i also am struggling to get out of the habit of playing around with it
